Tamara has worked in multiple healthcare facets inclusive of hospital direct patient care and hospital supervisor, home health subject matter expert leading to Administrator and CEO, and assisted living facility Director of Business Development and Executive Director. Tamara is uniquely qualified and experienced to understand and mitigate the void in healthcare when transitioning from acute care and into the patients' home environment. Her knowledge throughout multiple roles has made her a proven leader in the healthcare field. Tamara’s passion is providing added care for the patient, beyond their existing healthcare team and bringing healthcare to the underserved population. Tamara’s desire is to build teams and partnerships focused on innovative solutions and growth in the healthcare industry.
Dr. Kurzynske is a board-certified internal medicine physician since 2015 who specializes in primary care. He trained at Loma Linda Univ School of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine residency at the Medical Univ of South Carolina. He has worked in outpatient and inpatient clinical settings, has coordinated physician graduate medical education, and served as a hospice medical director. His passion is for whole person care, and he feels that TeleMate Health furthers the goal of giving patient centered healthcare.
Todd was a combat medic in the US Army and graduated nursing school while serving. Todd has 30+ years of acute care clinical experience and 20+ years of clinical IT experience. He has spent the last 15+ years designing, architecting, and implementing EMR’s into various sized clinical environments. One of his larger projects was implementing Cerner into the University of Indiana health system.
TriciaClare is committed to driving the mission and vision of TeleMate Health forward. Prior to her role as Chief of Staff, TriciaClare held leadership positions in healthcare administration, where she gained valuable experience in driving organizational change. TriciaClare holds a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Union University. Outside of her professional and educational endeavors, TriciaClare is a strong Christian and passionate about medical ministry. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare and is committed to leveraging her skills and expertise to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Hampton is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in information technology, bringing a wealth of expertise to the role of Chief Technology Officer. An Army veteran who served as a Stinger Crewman, Hampton honed his leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure, qualities that have defined his illustrious career in IT. For 15 years, Hampton served in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department at Vanderbilt University's School of Engineering, where he played a pivotal role in advancing technological infrastructure and fostering innovation. His work focused on designing and implementing cutting-edge IT solutions, optimizing systems, and supporting groundbreaking research in a dynamic academic environment. Passionate about technology and culture, Hampton enjoys immersing himself in MMORPG games, attending live music events, and exploring high-quality science fiction. His diverse interests fuel his creative approach to problem-solving and his ability to lead teams in building forward-thinking, innovative solutions.
As a native of Nashville, TN Christina is a graduate of Father Ryan High School, Volunteer State Community College and Middle TN State University. Christina brings over 15 years of experience in patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant and business development in a variety of settings. Her passion for patient care and innovative thinking have led her to a career focused on establishing ways to better serve the community and their healthcare needs.
Sheila comes to TeleMate Health as a seasoned Senior Sales Executive with over 17 years of experience in the Home Health care industry. Sheila has spent her career in marketing and business development with experience as a clinical liaison in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted livings, independent livings, and working closely with physician’s office and staff. Her passion has always been to work in a healthcare role, making a difference in the lives of others. As a native of Nashville, Tennessee, Sheila graduated from John Overton High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from Aquinas College.
Bill has over 25 years of Business Development experience with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical, home care, and home health industries. He is highly skilled in Sales, Management, Marketing Strategy, and Training. Bill is from Mt. Juliet, TN and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. While at UT, he served as captain of the Tennessee VOLS cheerleading team, and is also an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
Ashley has worked in many aspects within the medical field. She first began her career as a nurse then furthered her career in revenue cycle management. Ashley graduated from Cumberland University and worked as a nurse for ten years before continuing her education and received her degree in Medical Coding and Billing from Everest University. Her knowledge throughout multiple roles has made her a proven leader in the healthcare field. She has spent the last fourteen years dedicated in managing and optimizing the financial health of healthcare organizations. Outside of her professional career, Ashley is a passionate Christian, who loves to serve her community. Ashley is appreciative to work for a company that supports her goals for providing outstanding patient care.
