Troy Crabtree has more than 25 years of experience in the Information Technology and Operation arena. He has served in executive positions, as a consultant and employee, in roles such as CEO, CIO, CTO, and COO in a variety of industries including; Food Service, Healthcare, Communications, P&C Insurance, Network Services, and others. Troy’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven him to found several different technology startups with his latest being Telemate Health in Nashville, TN. This real world experience lends a unique understanding of how to mesh business acumen with emerging technologies to drive the desired business results.

Tamara Griffin is a seasoned registered nurse with 25 years of clinical, operations, management, and business development experience. Tamara has worked in multiple healthcare facets inclusive of; hospital direct patient care as well as hospital supervision, home health care subject matter expert leading to consulting, Administrator and CEO, and Director of Business Development and Executive Director of an assisted living facility. Tamara’s passion is in building teams and partnerships focused on innovative solutions and growth in the healthcare industry. Her ability to identify and resolve the root source of complex issues, passion and vision throughout multiple roles has made her a proven leader in the healthcare field.
